We are excited to announce that Finmark Construction LLC broke ground on the future company headquarters facility at the beginning of 2025. The new facility is immediately south of Whitefish, Montana, at the southwest corner of US Highway 93 South and Blanchard Lake Road. The future home of Finmark’s operations is projected for occupancy in the winter of 2025-2026, with full project completion expected by spring 2026.
About the Facility
The Finmark Construction headquarters facility is situated on 2 acres. It provides over 6300 square feet of office space, complete with design studio space, conference areas, and a functional showroom that models a functional kitchen, bath, and living area, complete with a fireplace. In addition to the office building, a separate 7600 square foot warehouse will serve daily shipping, receiving, and storage needs for the building products being received and served out to Finmark’s active projects. Finmark Construction provided this project's architectural design, engineering, and construction management.

Finmark Construction is a privately held Design-Build company servicing Northwest Montana’s custom residential market. Established in 2011 as a family-run business by brothers Derek and Ned Oja, Finmark has grown its product offering to include full-service in-house design with a process-driven construction approach. The team comprises in-house designers, engineers, estimators, project management personnel, and direct-force carpentry crafts and labor. Finmark’s service area is centered in Flathead County and reaches the surrounding communities in Northwest Montana.
