Flathead Lake, one of the largest natural freshwater lakes in the U.S., is a prime spot for water activities, relaxation, and scenic views. From the multiple State Parks to easy boat launch access, there is plenty of opportunity to get out on the water.
3. Whitefish Mountain Resort
Located just 30 minutes from downtown Whitefish, with 3,000 acres of terrain, this resort has stunning views of the Flathead Valley, Whitefish Range, and Glacier National Park. Suitable for all skill levels, with a chalet for warming up, food, and a bar at the summit.
